Summary: We had a very good experience the first time we stayed at the Fairfield Marriott Venice which was very pleasant. During this trip to the same hotel everyone we met (front desk, breakfast area) were very pleasant and helpful. The only issues we experienced were that we had to let the shower and sink hot water run for at least 20 minutes to get at least warm. Also there was nothing posted to indicate that the rooms would only be refreshed with new towels every 3 days. We asked the person at the reception desk for new towels and face cloths which he provided and we were then informed as to the policy which is not disclosed anywhere.

Summary: We've stayed here twice in the last few weeks for the birth of our grandson. Claire was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. Great service, great breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms every time. Thank you for wonderful service and a friendly staff.

Summary: Fairfield by Marriott exceeded our expectations. Our 2 -night stay was very reasonably priced, included a hot/cold breakfast buffet, was super-comfortable, (great bed!), really clean and maintained, and was conveniently located near restaurants and a Wawa. There was easy access to I-75. And the staff was friendly and cared about doing a great job for their customers. Parking was abundant and safe. We even were given an upgrade. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have hot water for a shower. The sign in shower said to wait a few minutes for hot water, had in hottest setting and barely got warm by the end of shower.
